The boys got to ride the historic carousel at Glen Echo park today. I remember riding it as a little girl, which makes taking the boys there just ever so much sweeter.
Well, that and the looks on their faces.

Last summer I took Cindy to 6 Flags Great Escape in upstate NY so she could ride the “Comet” roller coaster, which I rode (when it was still at Crystal Beach in Ontario) as a kid (and which my parents rode as teens, too!). Glad you could share a childhood experience with your boys as well.
